Brad and the BIC team were recommended by our architect Fin – This was our first renovation of a Paddington terrace so unsure what surprises could be in store. Prior to the project kick off Brad was very patient, explaining the process and options.
Brad, Scott, Jessie and the whole BIC team were knowledgeable, reliable, and client focussed, and provided options at key decision points. We regularly met to review build progress, as the plan took shape. We were aiming to maintain the period features, while modernising the structure. The renovation was a transformation, we had a specific vision for the aesthetic which was delivered as part of a collaborative process, underpinned with quality construction and finishes.
The BIC team were great to work with, communicated with us regularly, and we really enjoyed collaborating with them through the process.
We were able to move back in before winter, and couldn’t be happier with the result. We have no hesitation endorsing Brad and the BIC team, and hope to work again in the future!
